Kate and Nick just made a visit to our neck of the woods for a few days. We had a great time. One of the days we decided to have ice cream for lunch. Everyone enjoyed the Vermonster.
Nick is really excited to get started on this. Everything you see on top is just sprinkles on top of one and a half inches of whip cream.
Here is the mangled mess of ice cream, brownies, bananas, cookies, hot fudge, caramel, walnuts, almonds, oreos, reeses pieces, and whip cream. This is when it gets really good, when the ice cream is melting and everything just mixes together. We highly recommend this if you ever get the chance.
We were unable to finish off the Vermonster the last time we tried, but this time we had a secret weapon, my sister Amy. Amy made sure that, while Nick and I were sitting there stuffed with ice cream, every last drop was gone.
