Maple Sugaring!
We got to see how maple syrup is made.

It was cold -- and muddy.

But Lizzy's favorite part was this beautiful lady.
The Taft Maple Farm was also a Dairy Farm.
She has been asking to go to the farm for months now.
She wouldn't hold still long enough for a decent picture.
When we were done, she asked to see the chickens.
Cousins finally learning to play together.

That looks awesome! I've had some of that Vermont syrup and it is so yummy. Hope you are getting in everything you wanted to, we're excited that you'll be closer soon!
