catch up

it's time to catch up a little.

 our girls are on the move.

 lizzy is finally getting the knack of pedaling. trickier than you might think.

 junebug has perfected the crawl. and she's fast! 

 the tractor is easily as cool as any of the animals.

we were wise and invested in a zoo pass this year. 

  lizzy loves the new animals.

Vegas Baby!

 about a month ago (yes, it has been a little while) my whole family surprised my mom in las vegas for her birthday. 

it was awesome!

we don't all get together very often, so we made the most of it: lots of food, water show at the bellagio, lots of time playing with cousins, and an afternoon visiting lake mead.

 june loved the water. . .

and lizzy loved the accessories of playing in the water.

 we had the official birthday party for my mom at the park. cake, swings, and a pinata. what else could you ask for?

Easter

We took over 200 pictures of Easter this year (!) so I had to greatly narrow it down. I'm not putting up pictures of dying eggs, or hunting eggs, or even eating chocolate eggs.

Instead, just the girls in their pretty dresses.

June's a good sport, but still not sure about grass.
